General Description
“Alsident” extraction systems are designed specifically for the capture and removal of Fume and dust that is created within the Laboratory environment. The products are available in a variety of configurations to suit most applications, and are easily mounted onto the wall, ceiling or workbench. A dedicated filter unit, or fan and ducting, is required to form the complete extraction system.
Product Range
Extraction arms are manufactured using anodised aluminium with polypropylene joints.
The 100mm diameter and the 75mm diameter extraction arms are also available in Polypropylene, for use with more hazardous materials. Extraction arms are available in, 50mm diameter, 75mm diameter, and, 100mm diameter. Extraction arms are available with an overall reach ranging from 400mm to 2500mm.
 A variety of capture hoods is available as attachments to the extraction arms.
System 25 work cabinets are manufactured from clear Polycarbonate and are available in various sizes.
Transparent all round
System 25 work cabinets are well suited to use as both stationary and mobile workstations.
Ideal for laboratory work involving weighing, gluing, transfer of preparations, mixing of hair dyes etc., dental laboratory work involving grinding, for the cleaning of printed circuit boards with solvents, experimental work on workbenches and many other uses.
 Airborne particles are retained within the cabinet walls and safely removed via a separate extraction system. An economical choice for all sectors. Customised designs can be supplied to client’s specifications.
The cabinet is connected to the extraction system using a range of flanges, the dimensions of which are governed by the air volume required and pipe dimension.
