Our fabricators have a wealth of experience in the cutting, forming and thermoplastic welding of PVC and polypropylene ducting and sheet.
In addition to standard installations using prefabricated components for fume cupboards, LEV systems for corrosive fumes etc., we offer bespoke fabrication of storage tanks, enclosures, transformation sections, corrosive tanks and rectangular section ducting.
Ducting and components can be supplied with specialist GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) coatings in order to improve on the following properties:
- Fire rating
- Chemical resistance
- Resistance to ultra violet and sunlight
- Noise transmission
- Rigidity and strength of the ducting
As members of the HVCA we can offer PVC fabrication and thermoplastic welding to DW/154 specifications.
To compliment our PVC / polypro fabrication and installation services, we stock a wide range of polypropylene centrifugal fan units.
