Generally, plastic trays are made from either High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) or Talc Filled Polypropylene (TFPP). Solid colour trays are manufactured from HIPS, which is proven to be 8 times stronger than other trays made in TFPP. The clear and tinted trays are made from ABS, a material which gives excellent clarity and is even stronger than HIPS.
Dual Labelling System The storage trays have a dual labelling system, reversal of the tray allows the use of either system. The ticket window and name card or at the other end of the tray an 'easy peel' label allows the application of a full A4 width adhesive label.
Stortray Inserts Stortray inserts are moulded in HIPS, like the trays, for strength. Any combination of 2 Stortray inserts fit neatly into the A4 trays.
