Solid Grade Laminate
16/20mm Athlon Laboratory Grade Laminate Trespa with black core and crystal matt surface texture with edges smoothed and sealed. Tops are supplied with loose matching Trespa upstand to be fitted on site.
Corian
13mm solid Corian, a methyl methacrylate
polymer with aluminium hydroxide fillers
which is bonded to a 25mm moisture
resistant MDF core. 40mm height loose
upstands are provided where required.
ALS are registered Corian fabricators.
Natural, sustainable
sourced wood e.g. Iroko
27mm thickness solid Iroko finished with either clear acid catalysed lacquer or sealed with Danish oils.
Ready Postformed
High density chipboard core faced with post-forming grade laminate with 12mm radius wrap rounds to front edge or edges.
Laminate
Core of 18mm MDF surfaced with a high pressure laminate. A suitable balancer is applied to the reverse. All edges are fitted with 2mm thick PVC edging.
Melamine
Core of 18mm MDF surfaced with melamine. All edges are fitted with 2mm thick PVC edging.
Stainless Steel
Manufactured from 16g stainless steel (304 or 316 grade) and polished to dull buff finish, fitted with a sub-frame of 18mm plywood or MDF.
Cast Epoxy Resin e.g. Simmons
15mm thick silica filled, heat cured solid epoxy resin.
