From a single, standard unit or bench to a complete turnkey bespoke laboratory refurbishment / fit-out, we draw on our highly experienced team, utilising state of the art industry standard Autodesk CAD software and high precision HOMAG CNC machinery to meet our clients requirements and provide the laboratory furniture solution required. Our experience working with clients in a wide array of sectors and industries (Pharmaceutical, Defence, Petrochemical, Schools, Academies, Universities, Hospitals, Research and Development) means our furniture systems meet a variety of specifications and standards. We have an extensive history of projects across the UK.

Bespokes

Need something to meet a highly specific requirement? We can design and manufacture bespoke cabinetry and furniture to meet your exact needs.

This client required ducted, heavy duty, vibration isolated, Trespa lined tall glass fronted drawer cabinets for sensitive, fume producing processes.
The drawers are constructed from 16mm Toplab, with 6mm Toplab liners to the carcasse interior, with drawers on soft close, heavy duty, super smooth ball bearing runners to support the high load ratings specified per drawer.
A rear plenum formed by a double back and internal machinings, coupled with extensive small design features and tightly specified tolerances ensure even airflow throughout the cabinet.
The units are suspended from the floor and wall on bespoke vibration isolating, load spreading mounts.
